When clients upload the right documents early, formation support moves faster and the records folder starts clean.

Upload Identity And Contact Details

The file should include the preferred legal name, public brand name if different, owner or officer names, business mailing address, phone number, and email.

If there are multiple owners, include percentages, roles, control expectations, and whether anything is still undecided.

Upload Existing Records

If anything has already been filed, upload it. That includes state filings, EIN letters, prior drafts, old operating agreements, payment processor applications, bank letters, and state notices.

A payment processor or bank may ask what the business actually does. Upload a plain-English service description, expected clients, delivery method, and refund or cancellation policy if available.
