Before work begins

If payment was made and no work has begun, a refund may be available, less any non-refundable third-party or government costs already incurred.

After work begins

Once review, preparation, filing coordination, document cleanup, or advisory support has begun, fees may be partially or fully earned based on work performed.

Completed work

Completed filings, completed document support, completed coordination work, and delivered professional services are generally non-refundable.
